Creation has allowed me to give life to my mind's imagination, reflection, understanding and interpretation of my being and the force of our natural and physical world. The known and the unknown is in the process of creation, imbued by the Muses, which are the day-to-day challenges which provoke, govern and continue to articulate my desire, passion and life."

My work is constantly moving and evolving in accordance to the time and place in which my practice exists. I believe in process as a powerful vehicle and a catalyst for inspired play in order to explore limitless possibilities, while remaining close to the experience of the act of creation and performance. As a performing artist, the foundation of my work is kinetic energy, which uses a fragile instrument - the body, as the main fulcrum of physical and performative momentum. The use of kinetic energy contains the possibilities of the body to evoke many subjects, states and images, conveying the domain of the raw and eccentric personal and universal expression. My work is influenced, layered and supported by my other artistic practices and mediums, resulting in works that are uniquely diverse and exist as hybrid, contemporary performance art creations.

My fascination for dance has led me to a lifetime commitment to dancing and dancemaking. For me, dance is more than simply movement. It is a gateway to the spirit, an abundant source of knowledge and an unpredictable experience. Dance has given me a personal vocabulary with which to express both the conscious and subconscious workings of my mind, bringing life and meaning to the world.
